Casey Manierka-Quaile

Casey Manierka-Quaile began his piano and vocal studies at the age of six
focusing primarily on the classical genre which evolved into 9 years of
study through the Royal Conservatory of Music. Currently, Casey is
completing the final Grade 10 for RCM which covers a variety of music
beginning with Baroque, Classical, Romantic, 20th and 21st Century
repertoire.  Casey has a wide knowledge of music theory from understanding
special concepts, such as Music Analysis, Ornaments, Melody Writing and
History of Music which has allowed him to focus on contemporary
composition.  With a strong technical background, Casey also has many years
of experience in other styles of music.

Casey has won numerous awards in both vocal and piano festivals such as
Kiwanis and the Peel Music Festival. Casey received a Bloom Award for
outstanding performer as well as awards for his achievements in various
musicals including, Annie, Sound of Music, Bye Bye Birdie, You’re a Good Man
Charlie Brown, Seussical and On The 20th Century. As a singer-songwriter,
Casey has performed in many venues from small intimate coffee houses to
large concerts. He also had the opportunity to sing at the Air Canada Centre
for the Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment and with the Toronto Symphony
at the Roy Thompson Hall.

Casey displays an exhilaration for life! His true passion for music is
evident in his performances and therefore evident when he imparts his
knowledge and creativity on others.
